Muhammed Ali has made history in the sport, becoming the first Type 1 diabetic professional boxer in the world. In 2018 and again in 2025, he broke barriers by becoming the first Type 1 diabetic boxing champion, proving that diabetes is not a limitation but a challenge that can be mastered.
Boxing has taught Muhammed vital life skills, including discipline, punctuality, respect for others and himself, good hygiene, and healthy eating habits. He believes boxing and diabetes work hand in hand — maintaining good nutrition helps control blood sugar levels, while boxing demands discipline and staying within a healthy weight category.
Driven and determined, Muhammed looks forward to continuing to create history, with his sights firmly set on becoming a world champion.
Muhammed loves spending time with his family and travelling the world, experiencing new places and cultures. He enjoys attending major boxing shows and thrives on the atmosphere of big fight nights.
